It is crucial to avoid laying the entire blame for what happened on Pastor Paul Enenche. He is merely a man attempting to preserve the honour of God’s House and mission.
Given the chance, we might have done worse, owing to the woman’s lack of composure, poise and appropriate communication, neither of which is consistent with her status as a qualified lawyer.
Even though this case is different, people truly falsify testimonies these days to get the attention of the men of God, for sympathy and even for personal gain. Which is very wrong.
Just like the Prophet Samuel of old who God told to anoint a king amongst the sons of Jessie, but when he got there, he chose by physical appearance, any man of God can do same as they are not God, but only His representatives.
Pastor Dr Enenche must have seen and detected some of these false testimonies over time, and got fed up and decided to take stringent measures against it to protect the sanctity and purity of the Sanctuary of God, like His Master did when the House of prayers was then turned to a place of merchandise.
Sentiments asides, remember that, nothing must be allowed to defile the holy altar of God, not even fabricated testimonies as we have seen, in most places of worship today.
We feel for the woman. We really do, nobody deserves to be embarrassed. We hate public embarrassment with everything in us, but one will think and believe someone who claimed to have studied law for five years would be able to communicate fluently without any hindrance.
Every profession has its own prose, even in the case of lawyers, one would expect him or her to have obtained the mastery of words in both writing and expression, but that was lacking in sister Vera’s status as lawyer.

We at Believers’ Voice Nigeria news trust that, Pastor Dr. Paul Enenche loves his daughter in the Lord, this issue is not a public affairs but a household of faith affairs, in which with or without public apology, the matter ought to be settled and put aside.
In a godly standard, parents don’t publicly apologize to their children and wise children never accept public apologies from their parents. Sister Vera remains Pastor and Pst Mrs Paul and Beckky Enenche’s daughter.
We appreciate public sympathy, it is welcomed, however, people must realize that, God’s House is not a law court but a place of love, discipline and togetherness.
Moving forward: Testimonies ought to be well censored before the testifier is allowed to step on the altar.
Secondly, members should be mandated to rehearse their testimonies before coming forward to avoid any embarrassment.
Lastly, the church’s audio and video personnel ought to be aware of when and how to edit dialogues and remove any content that may trigger the public to respond negatively.
Conclusively, it is imperative that, men of God exercise extreme caution in handling issues like these, to avoid unnecessary comments from the public that could create disrespect to their hard and diligently earned statuses and reputations.
